...where the sparrows whistle on the roof

Where Mrs Hemmer is currently working, you can hear the sparrows whistling on the roof and the doves cooing. The Spree splashes in her sheet pile corset and recently the engines of the tourist ships are roaring again. Right at the top, this gives the necessary overview.

Coffee, tea, break snacks just like at home - no wonder, it's home office. In the beginning it was an interesting change. Sleep half an hour longer because the way to the office shrank to 10 seconds. Setting new routines, because you don't easily run into each other during the day. And now: The digital control desk of #CMS consists of a notebook and mobile phone; every morning at 11 I meet my colleagues in the video conference. Here the same experience as everywhere: the work is different, but just as effective. The schedule is in view. Questions are answered, problems solved. We talk to customers and partners.

The #CMS must include the new challenges: disinfection, spacing rules, new work formats. And to listen further into the industry, how new challenges are answered with new solutions and products. What must change as a result of the pandemic? What will survive?

And soon we can go back to the office, the signs are there. We'll all appreciate the work there all over again. And just as naturally, we will work from home more often. We know how to do that now.
